Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support operational excellence initiatives across our national network. You will identify opportunities, coordinate improvement projects and ensure changes are embedded and sustained while working with site leaders and teams.

The role is full-time, based at Middleton or Greenford, with Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 hours and regular travel to locations across the network. Salary up to £32,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• CI/operational excellence experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis or similar CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-based improvements.
• Willingness to travel nationally across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate continuous improvement projects across multiple operational sites
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and improvement events with operational stakeholders
• Track project actions, milestones and benefits to ensure successful delivery and sustainability
• Promote best practice, standardisation and the adoption of new ways of working across the network
