Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the CI team at our Bishops Cleeve and Staverton sites in Cheltenham. You will drive cross-functional improvements aligned with business strategies and own an annual calendar of CI activities.

Ideal candidates have experience in CI, change management, and a passion for Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt). Proficiency in Power BI and ability to lead complex projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CI engagement, management and execution across complex projects.
• Proficient in creating/maintaining CI calendars and tracking KPIs.
• Ability to develop/visualise data and insights with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across Ontic ROW business aligned to site strategy.
• Identify areas for CI and execute improvement projects.
• Develop an annual calendar of CI activities and measure success against KPI targets.
