Job summary

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for aerospace and defence, is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our CI team at Bishops Cleeve & Staverton in Cheltenham. You will drive cross-functional process improvements in line with business strategies.

The role requires hands-on CI delivery, change management, and the ability to develop complex Power BI visuals. Lean Six Sigma belts are valued, and a proactive self-starter mindset will help you

Qualifications

• Experience in CI engagement, management and execution.
• Proficient with Power BI and developing complex visuals.
• Understanding Lean Six Sigma is beneficial; Black Belt preferred, Green Belt welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across our ROW business in line with site strategy.
• Create an annual calendar of improvement activity and manage projects.
• Identify CI opportunities and lead cross-functional projects to deliver KPI targets.
