We're committed to excellence, driving us to continuously improve and adapt, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of our industry.**What will you be doing?**You’ll be working cross-functionally to drive improvements throughout our ROW (Rest of World) business in line with the strategy set out by our Site Directors. You’ll nurture engagement and manage change through a series of complex and high-profile projects which will initially focus on process improvements.You will be responsible for both identifying areas for CI as well as taking up the challenges identified by others. You’ll have autonomy to create an annual calendar of improvement activity and all successes will be measure against a targeted business KPI.**About you**At Ontic, our culture is integral to making sure we enjoy our work and deliver for our customers. In addition, you’ll ideally have a working understanding of LSS (Lean Six Sigma) Black Belt, however we do welcome applications from LSS Green Belts.You’ll be a self-starter who can run their own calendar work to guidelines, utilising resource from across the business. You’ll be very mindful of our strategic business aims and the impact this has internally on departments, ensuring that you are scheduling projects that will not overlap with other aims or resources.
