Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a CI Manager to drive continuous improvement across our automated CFC operations in the UK. You will lead improvement initiatives across five pillars: Safety, People, Customer, Delivery and Cost, aligning with the wider Ocado Logistics Excellence functions and senior leadership.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, data-driven decision making, and hands-on project delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement and Lean methodology tools.
• Experience managing projects in a 24/7 warehouse environment.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Experience of analysing and utilising data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site improvement projects to time and budget.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain & Technology teams to roll out Excellence projects.
• Act as the onsite representative to support and roll out projects initiated by other business areas.
• Manage projects with clear requirements, stakeholders and objectives.
• Communicate investigation results to ensure high quality information for project development.
