Summary of the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Continuous Improvement Delivery Manager to join the Customer Experience function at Diligenta. You will be responsible for owning and identifying measurable improvements through the end-to-end delivery of projects across the account. You will play a key role in creating the case for change by defining, analyzing MI, insights, and processes within our business to implement and drive improvements, demonstrating measurable impacts on our business and customer experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to review journey performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Building approaches to project work, reporting, and oversight; providing data on process efficiency, costs, and risks
  • Overseeing business cases to support rightsizing and deployment opportunities
  • Maintaining the project route map to identify improvement and transformational opportunities
  • Influencing SMEs to ensure consistency and safeguard customer experience
  • Managing the complete project change cycle from issue identification to sustaining change
  • Collaborating across functions to deliver sustainable change
  • Overseeing project deliverables, reducing risks, and removing blockers
  • Working with business and transformation partners to identify and address underlying issues
