Job summary

Hedyn is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst to join its newly established Continuous Improvement function. This role will help services work more effectively through evidence-led analysis, process improvement and sustainable change.

We’re looking for an established and experienced Continuous Improvement professional who can quickly build credibility across the organisation and make an immediate contribution to improvement activity.

Qualifications

• Experience using continuous improvement concepts and methodologies such as Systems Thinking and DMAIC.
• Evidence of data analysis and process mapping to understand end-to-end services, identify root causes and opportunities to improve performance.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, conducting service reviews, producing clear recommendations and supporting delivery of measurable improvements.
• Experience applying structured improvement methodologies in complex service environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse services using operational data, customer insight, performance information, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead workshops to establish high-level and detailed end-to-end process maps reflecting how services operate in reality.
• Document variations, workarounds, rework, delays, controls, and dependencies across service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, redesign, and appropriate automation.
• Ensure process understanding reflects operational, system, policy, and customer experience considerations.
