Job summary

Hafod is seeking a proactive Business Improvement Partner to join the Business Improvement team. The role focuses on driving efficiency, improving customer outcomes, and delivering strategic objectives through continuous improvement, business analysis, and BI expertise.

Based at Hafod’s head office with hybrid working and occasional travel to Hafod services. Requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Improvement, Process Design, Business Analysis, Change Management, Continuous Improvement or Data Analytics.
Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, workflow improvement or process automation.
Experience using data analysis and business intelligence tools (Power BI) to support performance improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Partner with colleagues and senior leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives.
Lead and support process improvement and redesign activities.
Analyse complex data, trends and performance information to identify opportunities and support business cases.
Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and champion a culture of continuous improvement and change.
Support delivery of business change projects with measurable benefits.
