Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency and sustain a culture of ongoing improvement in a modern production environment.

The role involves leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, developing detailed project roadmaps, and delivering measurable performance improvements across processes. A degree in a related discipline and a track record in CI are essential for success in this permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workloads effectively.

Overview

Continuous Improvement Engineer position in a manufacturing environment focused on driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a permanent role with a leading manufacturer in the Manufacturing & Production industry.

  • Communication & Facilitation: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Working hours

Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm; Friday 8:30am–2:00pm.
