B P Collins is seeking a Contested Probate Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in a role that focuses on wills, trusts, estates and personal representatives. The position is suited to NQ-2PQE solicitors who enjoy both the technical detail of contentious probate and helping clients through difficult, emotionally complex disputes.

• Sound knowledge of civil litigation procedure.
• Strong interest in contentious trusts and probate work.
• Excellent client communication and case management skills.

• Prepare correspondence and court documents; instruct counsel where appropriate.
• Progress matters through settlement, mediation or trial.
