Job summary

G2 Legal are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates in Cardiff.

You will manage a varied caseload, including will and inheritance disputes, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, and executor or trustee disputes, with strong technical ability and client care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate
• Strong technical ability
• Excellent client care skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes
• Handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Work within a collaborative team with mentoring and support
