A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Contentious Probate Lawyer / Partner to take responsibility for the continued development and growth of its Contentious Trusts & Probate offering.
The firm is particularly interested in speaking to existing Contentious Probate Partners who are looking for a genuine opportunity to build and lead a specialist practice.

The key requirement is that you are able to lead a sub-team and develop the CTP offering, rather than simply manage an existing caseload.
You will be joining a well-established and ambitious regional firm with an excellent reputation across Private Client and Litigation.
The firm has a highly regarded Private Client practice, providing an excellent internal referral network, whilst the wider Litigation team is also highly ranked and regularly handles complex and high-profile matters.
This provides the successful candidate with the support and infrastructure to develop their practice, whilst retaining the autonomy to make the CTP team their own.
