Are you a Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) with experience in Contentious Probate, Litigation or Private Client looking to specialise in one of the fastest-growing areas of private client law?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and expanding Contentious Probate team, working alongside a Legal 500-recognised Head of Department. This role offers exposure to a broad range of complex trusts and estate disputes, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in this specialist field.
While full-time applicants are preferred, applications from those seeking a minimum of 30 hours per week will also be considered.
You'll manage your own caseload of contentious probate matters with appropriate supervision while assisting senior colleagues on more complex, high-value disputes. Working closely with the Head of Department, you'll play an active role in the continued growth of the team, with opportunities to get involved in networking, marketing and business development initiatives.
This position would suit a qualified Solicitor with up to four years' PQE who has gained experience in contentious probate, litigation or private client work and is keen to develop specialist expertise in contentious trusts and estates. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach and a genuine interest in this area of law are essential.
