Responsibilities
Team Introduction
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for content operation in Germany, developing content strategies according to different topics.
2. Track and analyze the content trends within the platform and adjust the content production strategy in a timely manner.
3. Participate in creator operations, understand creators' pain points, collaborate with product teams and local operations to improve creator retention and creator level.
4. Support promoting new product capabilities, communicating and coordinating across teams, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of social media operation experience in Germany.
- Sensitive to data, with good data analysis ability.
- Familiar with social media platforms, familiar with trend operation methodologies and tools, and know how to capture the trend and further promote it.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with template design and video editing, sensitive to video editing trends, with rich editing experience preferred.
- Rich experience in operating creator communities is preferred.
