Job summary

ITRS, headquartered in London with teams across the US, Europe and Asia, seeks a Content Lead to own the editorial voice and governance across all channels. You will ghostwrite for the CEO and leadership team, and align content with growth priorities for a regulated finance audience.

You will mentor the content team, work with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, and collaborate with the PR agency to turn placements into owned content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years writing and editing B2B technology content, including 2+ years leading editorial function or content team.
• Proven ability to write credibly for a technical, senior audience.
• Experience in enterprise IT, observability, fintech or another regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial voice across web, campaigns, sales collateral and executive communications.
• Run executive visibility programme: ghostwriting, briefing and shaping thought leadership for CEO and leadership team.
• Build and run the editorial calendar against growth priorities and buyer journey.
• Write pieces that matter most and set a high bar for quality.
• Commission and edit work from stakeholders, freelancers and agencies to the same standard.
• Work with PR agency alongside Head of Brand and Content to brief stories and prepare spokespeople.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Demand Generation to ensure technical accuracy.
