Job summary

hosting.com is seeking a Content Team Lead to drive the content strategy and lead a small editorial team. You will own content production, editorial standards and the customer knowledge base, working with SEO, Product, Customer, Support and Brand teams to ensure content is accurate, accessible and commercially effective.

You will balance content creation with ongoing review, ensuring consistent messaging across acquisition, product communications and customer education.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in content strategy and editorial leadership.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects for a non-technical audience.
• Experience managing a team of writers/editors.
• Experience using analytics to prioritise content.

Responsibilities

• Translate the content strategy into editorial plans and roadmaps.
• Oversee creation, editing, publishing and optimisation of content across channels.
• Ensure content is accurate, useful and accessible to a non-technical audience.
• Manage the content calendar and production pipeline, balancing new content with updates.
• Identify gaps in content coverage and develop plans to address them.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Customer, Support and Brand teams.
