Job summary

ITRS Group, headquartered in London, seeks a Content Lead to own editorial standards and the programme that positions our executives in front of the market. You will write to the standard, mentor a growing content team, and work with Platform Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, and our leadership team.

You will partner with our PR agency and cross‑function teams to ensure technical accuracy and strong storytelling for regulated industries. This is a hybrid role based at our London HQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years writing and editing B2B technology content.
• Experience leading an editorial function or content team for 2+ years.
• Proven ability to write credibly for a senior, technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial voice and standards across web, campaigns, and executive communications.
• Lead the executive visibility programme: ghostwriting and shaping thought leadership.
• Build and run the editorial calendar aligned to growth priorities and buyer journey.
• Write key content pieces and maintain a high editorial bar.
• Commission, brief and edit work from stakeholders and agencies to the standard.
