Job Title: Content Designer

Salary: £28,000- £30,000 per annum

Hours per week: 35

Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

About the role

Do you love turning ideas into eye‑catching visuals and compelling content? We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our Internal Communications team and help shape the way we connect with colleagues.

In this role, you’ll create innovative, user‑focused content that brings our internal campaigns to life - think photography, infographics, videos, animations, and more. Your work will make sure our people feel informed, inspired, and valued.

What you’ll bring
  • A creative mindset with a passion for design and storytelling.
  • Strong technical skills in digital media and content creation.
  • The ability to make complex messages clear, accessible, and engaging.
Essential criteria
  • Experience producing creative content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) and video editing tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
