Job summary

dunnhumby is seeking a Content Design Lead to evolve content design as a strategic product capability, shaping clear, trusted and scalable experiences that help users make better choices with confidence.

You’ll define information architecture, taxonomy, and structured-content strategies for AI-powered and human-facing experiences, partnering across product, design and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant information architecture experience with taxonomies or structured-content systems.
• Advanced IA and content design across end-to-end journeys and complex information patterns.
• Experience shaping AI-powered content experiences (conversational interfaces, prompts, AI workflows).
• Understanding semantic content and how structures connect with data models, search and product architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and design across complex digital products.
• Architect information structures, metadata models and structured-content approaches.
• Shape AI-powered experiences including conversational journeys and prompts.
• Define AI-content quality measures, evaluation criteria, governance and accessibility.
• Align content with semantic and data layers with cross-functional partners.
• Establish scalable content operations using AI-assisted workflows and governance.
• Develop standards and reusable patterns for terminology and content across the product ecosystem.
• Use research, analytics, experimentation to improve user and business outcomes.
