Job summary

Tangity UK, part of the NTT DATA Design Network, is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape content design from strategy to craft across multi-channel services, including AI content. This is a hybrid London role with the opportunity to influence Tangity UK’s content design practice and grow the team.

You will partner with UX, service design and research to ensure content is treated as a core design discipline, shaping how organisations communicate through interfaces, forms, notifications,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content strategy or UX writing, in senior or lead roles.
• Proven experience designing content for complex, multi-channel services.
• Hands-on experience with conversational interfaces and prompts.
• Strong content design systems, style guides and governance at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Able to translate research and analytics into strategy and recommendations.
• Experience mentoring other content designers or writers.
• Strong accessibility and inclusive content design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set the content design strategy and vision for client engagements.
• Lead content design on complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Present strategy to senior client stakeholders and build trust.
• Build and mentor content design capability within Tangity UK.
• Champion content design across the wider studio and client base.
