Job summary

Spin in London is seeking a Content Creator for a 12-month, full-time contract. You’ll ideate and produce social-first content, shooting on iPhone and editing in Premiere Pro or CapCut to deliver short-form videos and static assets.

You’ll work with a cross-functional team, adapt to each brand’s voice, and grow your craft with support from senior teammates. Flexible hours and hybrid work in Borough, London are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating social content for agency, brand, or personal channels.
• Portfolio showing ideas you conceived and produced yourself.
• Strong iPhone shooting: framing, natural light and clean audio.
• Intermediate Premiere Pro and CapCut; confident edits.
• Design basics for statics and memes in Photoshop or Canva.
• Confidence on camera and ability to match brand tone.
• Sharp hooks, pacing and scroll-stopping on TikTok/Instagram.
• Energy and initiative; can start making without a brief.

The Role

12-month fixed-term contract, London.

We're looking for a Content Creator who lives on social and can't stop making things. You'll come up with the ideas and then go out and make them - from aesthetic UGC-style videos to simple, sharp statics and memes. Shot on iPhone, edited in Premiere Pro or CapCut, designed in Photoshop or Canva.

You'll be as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it. Bigger ideas come with full team support, and day-to-day content is yours to run with. You'll report to our Senior Content Creator within the video team, with real room to grow your craft, including motion design if that's where your interest lies.

What you'll be doing

• Ideate: Pitch social-first ideas rooted in trends, formats and platform culture, tailored to each brand.
• Make: Shoot on iPhone, cut polished short-form edits in Premiere Pro and CapCut, and produce statics, memes and carousels in Photoshop or Canva.
• Get on camera: Appear in content when needed - presenting, acting or UGC-style pieces.
• Stay plugged in: Track trends, audio, memes and platform updates, and turn them into timely reactive ideas quickly.
• Adapt: Match each brand's tone of voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate: Work with strategists, copywriters and account managers so your content ladders up to campaign goals.
• Learn from performance: Review how your content performs and use it to make the next piece better.

What we need from you

• 2+ years creating social content, whether for an agency, a brand or your own channels.
• A portfolio showing ideas you came up with and made yourself.
• Strong iPhone shooting: framing, natural light and clean audio.
• Intermediate Premiere Pro and confident CapCut - clean, well‑paced, polished edits.
• Design basics for statics and memes in Photoshop or Canva.
• Confidence on camera.
• A sharp instinct for hooks, pacing and what stops the scroll on TikTok and Instagram.
• Energy and initiative - you don't wait for a brief to start making things.

Nice to have

• Community management or social media management experience.
• After Effects or motion graphics (we'll help the right person develop this).
• Familiarity with performance metrics like retention, watch time and engagement.
