3Search is seeking a Freelance Videographer & Creative Content Creator in London. The role combines strategy, storytelling, filming, editing and design to strengthen online presence and engage audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

You will own the social content from initial concept through to production and performance review, delivering platform-ready assets and fresh creative perspectives. This is a flexible, freelance opportunity open to part-time or full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creativity and storytelling.
• Practical filming and editing skills for short-form social content.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Confidence crafting headlines, hooks, captions and on-screen text.

Freelance Videographer & Creative Content Creator

Are you a creative thinker who knows how to turn an idea into content people genuinely want to watch? This is an opportunity to combine strategy, storytelling, filming, editing and design in a varied, hands-on role. You'll help an established organisation strengthen its online presence, communicate its culture and connect with the right audiences through engaging social content. From uncovering compelling stories to developing original concepts and producing polished, platform-ready assets, you'll have the opportunity to shape creative work from start to finish. We're looking for someone who can think beyond the camera, bring fresh perspectives to existing material and create content that captures attention for the right reasons.

Role Overview

The Videographer & Creative Content Creator will take ownership of social content from initial discovery and creative planning through to production, delivery and performance review, combining strategic thinking with practical creative skills.

Role Highlights

• Understand audience needs, communication objectives and social channels to identify opportunities for engaging content.
• Develop original concepts, compelling hooks and creative approaches, taking ideas from an initial brief through to finished assets.
• Plan and produce authentic video content, confidently filming people and activities in a range of professional environments.
• Rework existing footage, photography, interviews, research and campaign materials into fresh, relevant and engaging content.
• Create a broad mix of short-form video, graphics, carousels, animation, photography and mixed-media assets tailored to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

You Will Need

• A strong portfolio showcasing social-first creativity, storytelling and the ability to turn an initial idea into effective finished content.
• Practical filming and editing skills, particularly in short-form video and content designed for social platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, or comparable professional tools.
• Confidence developing headlines, opening hooks, captions, on-screen text, calls to action and visually engaging design.
• An independent, adaptable approach, with the ability to make creative decisions, interview contributors sensitively, follow brand and consent requirements, and learn from performance data.
