Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Content and Communications Coordinator to join the Group Communications and Digital Content team in Leeds. You will plan, create and deliver digital content and employee communications across our channels, including website, social, intranet, digital signage and email, ensuring on-brand messaging that supports business goals.

You will manage organic and paid social campaigns, optimise content based on data insights and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content across multiple channels (web, social, intranet).
• Ability to plan, deliver and report on paid and organic social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of content for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience with video/photography and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across website, social, intranet, digital signage and email.
• Plan, film and edit video and photography content for internal and external use.
• Manage organic and paid social campaigns and produce performance insights.
• Support employee communications and group-wide email communications.
• Maintain content calendar and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
