Job summary

NG Bailey Group in Leeds is seeking a Content and Communications Coordinator to join the Group Communications and Digital Content team. The role focuses on creating compelling digital content and employee communications across the brand's channels, including website, intranet, social media, and email.

You will plan, film and edit video and photography content, ensure brand consistency, and use data to improve performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content across multiple channels (website, social, intranet, emails).
• Understanding of what makes content effective for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience planning, delivering and reporting on paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating photography and video content, including filming and editing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, on-brand digital content across channels (website, social, intranet, email).
• Plan, film and edit video and photography content for internal and external channels.
• Manage organic and paid social media campaigns and report on performance.
• Support employee communications and the Group communications calendar.
• Maintain and improve the company website and SharePoint intranet; assist SEO efforts.
