Job summary

SWAY Hair Extensions in Manchester is seeking a Content Coordinator to organise content, social media activity and gifting with our external agency. You will help ensure campaigns and collaborations reflect the luxury SWAY brand, working with internal teams and partners to keep content calendars on track and on-brand.

You will collaborate across departments, manage content days, and stay ahead of beauty trends to keep SWAY at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in social media coordination or related admin roles.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident communicating with agencies and salon clients.
• Passion for social media trends and beauty industry.
• Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all social media activity with our external agency.
• Ensure copy, captions and assets reflect SWAY brand tone.
• Organise gifting programs for salon professionals and track outcomes.
• Plan and manage content days from concept to delivery.
• Support PR and brand communications with agencies and partners.
• Generate regular reports on gifting, ROI and campaigns.
• Liaise across departments to keep campaigns on schedule.
