Job summary

SWAY Hair Extensions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth by managing salon partners across the UK. You will be the primary contact, delivering outstanding client support, identifying opportunities, and ensuring brand initiatives are executed in-market.

You will nurture relationships, upsell where appropriate, onboard new salons, and collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and social media campaigns to strengthen SWAY's presence in the hair industry.

Qualifications

• Proven account management or field sales experience in the hair industry.
• Strong communicator with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven and commercially switched on.
• Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to build engaging presentations.
• Social-media aware, understanding how to leverage it for commercial benefit.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Passionate about people, the industry, and the SWAY brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long lasting relationships with salon partners.
• Grow revenue across your territory by identifying sales opportunities, upselling, and driving product adoption.
• Proactively onboard new salons and provide exceptional day-to-day account support.
• Implement brand promotions, launches, and marketing activity in partnership with our internal teams.
• Ensure our brand is executed flawlessly in-salon, supporting social media and retail initiatives.
• Manage your diary to maximise productivity.
• Track performance, analyse territory growth, and report on KPIs.
• Represent SWAY at meetings, events, training sessions, and seasonal campaigns.
