Job summary

SWAY Hair Extensions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth by managing salon partner relationships and expanding the client base across your territory.

You will deliver exceptional support, implement brand initiatives, onboard new salons, and track KPIs while working closely with internal teams. This field-facing role requires strong communication, organisation, and autonomy, with UK travel as needed.

• Proven account management or field sales experience in the hair industry (essential).
• A strong communicator with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and commercially switched on.
• Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to build engaging presentations.
• Social-media aware, understanding how to leverage it for commercial benefit.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Passionate about people, the industry, and the SWAY brand.
