Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally across telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Take ownership of enquiries through to conclusion, ensuring customer requirements are fully addressed.
• Drive profitable sales while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism and ethical trading.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and carry out appropriate follow-ups to support conversion.
• Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities, primarily across container sales, hire and conversions.
• Completing the administration associated with customer enquiries and order processing accurately and efficiently.
• Using and maintaining the CRM system to accurately record and update customer enquiries, interactions and records throughout the sales process.
• Following internal business processes and operational procedures to maintain consistency and accountability.
• Building your knowledge of our operations, products and services to better support customers and identify opportunities.
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Supporting colleagues and other appropriate duties during periods of absence or high demand.
