Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering a Consumer Internship in London for eight weeks. The role requires 35 hours per week from June to August 2027.

You will work across product, propositions, customer journeys, digital and partnerships, gaining hands-on experience with customer insight, data and digital technology to help create better banking experiences. Throughout the placement you’ll build practical experience, confidence and networks, with mentoring from leaders and access to learning

Qualifications

• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role.
• Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.

Responsibilities

• Exploring customer behaviour and using insight to improve products, propositions and experiences.
• Helping to design simpler and more connected customer journeys.
• Analysing data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting research, customer journey mapping and project delivery.
• Contributing to new product or proposition initiatives.
• Working with colleagues and partners to turn ideas into action.
• Using digital technology and AI tools to test ideas and support informed decisions.
• Contributing to more inclusive, sustainable and personalised customer outcomes.
