Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering a Consumer Internship in Bristol, requiring availability for 35 hours per week for an 8-week placement from June to August 2027. The program explores how customer insight, data and technology shape products and experiences across banking propositions.

You will work with colleagues in product, propositions, customer journeys, digital and partnerships, gaining practical experience and connections while learning how ideas move from insight to delivery.

Qualifications

• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role.
• There will be assessment through the application process.

Responsibilities

• Exploring customer behaviour and using insight to improve products, propositions and experiences.
• Help design simpler and more connected customer journeys.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with research, customer journey mapping and project delivery.
• Contribute to initiatives that make a real difference.
