• Penultimate year university with ability to demonstrate knowledge aligned to the role.
• Willingness to learn about customer insight, data and digital technology.
• Interest in product development and improving customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Exploring customer behaviour and using insight to improve products, propositions and experiences.
• Helping to design simpler and more connected customer journeys.
• Analysing data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting research, customer journey mapping and project delivery.
• Contributing to new product or proposition initiatives.
• Working with colleagues and partners to turn ideas into action.
• Using digital technology and AI tools to test ideas and support informed decisions.
