Job summary

i2i Recruitment Limited is seeking an insurance-focused advisor to support clients from enquiry through renewal, reviewing existing arrangements and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work with insurers to secure suitable terms and provide clear guidance on products.

Ideal candidates will bring commercial insurance experience, strong customer service and relationship building, plus confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge of core insurance products (liability, property, cyber).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to review client requirements and recommend suitable cover.
• Good organisation and time management; confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with insurance requirements from enquiry through renewal.
• Review existing insurance arrangements and identify improvements.
• Work with insurers to obtain terms and cover.
• Provide advice and guidance on insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver high standard of customer service.
• Assist with policy administration and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business.

Must have’s

• Experience within commercial insurance

• CII qualifications or working towards them
