Job summary

i2i Recruitment Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven insurance advisor to support client inquiries from initial contact through renewal, delivering tailored cover options and terms.

You will develop knowledge across liability, property and cyber insurances, build lasting relationships with well-known brands, and contribute to a high standard of customer service within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial insurance.
• Knowledge of core insurance products including liability, property and cyber.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to review client requirements and recommend suitable cover.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Confident communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with their insurance requirements from enquiry through to renewal.
• Reviewing existing insurance arrangements and identifying areas for improvement.
• Working with insurers to obtain suitable terms and cover.
• Providing advice and guidance on insurance products.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Assisting with policy administration and documentation.
• Working closely with colleagues across the business.
