ENMASE Group is seeking a Sales Executive to grow course bookings through proactive telephone sales and new business development. You will engage organisations about training needs and promote relevant courses delivered at the centre or on-site.

You will join an established sales team, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into bookings while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales, telesales, lead generation or business development role.
• Make outbound calls confidently and follow up consistently to create and progress opportunities.
• Communicate clearly, listen well and build rapport with customers and decision-makers.
• Show resilience, self-motivation and a positive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling training to NHS, universities, councils or similar organisations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business leads through outbound calls, research and proactive contact with target organisations.
• Make confident sales calls to decision-makers and introduce relevant training courses and services.
• Follow up promptly on incoming enquiries, marketing responses, previous conversations and open sales leads.
• Ask effective questions to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable in-centre or on-site training.
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and progress each lead through to a booking or next step.
• Keep accurate records of calls, contacts, customer needs and sales activity in the CRM.
• Work with account managers and marketing to share lead information and support campaigns.
• Represent the business professionally at exhibitions or meetings when required.
