Job summary

ENMASE Group in York is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across markets and sectors. You may be new to sales or bringing experience in sales or account management, with training and support to help you succeed.

You will conduct warm and cold calls to existing and new clients, work with the Business Development Manager, and collaborate with marketing to promote campaigns while maintaining accurate CRM records. The role offers a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and confident telephone manner.
• Professional approach when representing the company.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Exposure to M&E clients, Universities, NHS, Councils is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to think on your feet and consult with clients to match needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Strong prospecting skills and team-orientated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to existing and dormant accounts and speak to decision makers.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to hit targets.
• Work with marketing to promote campaigns and follow up on inquiries.
• Keep CRM up to date with client and company details.
• Respond to emails and calls promptly and professionally.
• Attend exhibitions and client meetings across the country.
