Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join a new mental health community rehabilitation service for people living in North Lincolnshire. We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative professionals to help embed this new 7-day service. The service will enable people to receive intensive community rehabilitation closer to home, aligning with the NHS Long Term Plan (2019) for Mental Health.
The community rehabilitation service will comprise a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency workforce, working collaboratively between Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and North Lincolnshire Council to share skills and expertise to support individuals and enhance their quality of life.
The team will be led by a team manager and supported by dedicated administrative staff.
RDaSH is committed to professional development, offering half a day each month for CPD through our 'half day learning' scheme. This role will involve delivering some of these learning sessions to support colleagues in understanding this specialist area.
This position is for a Consultant Occupational Therapist within the North Lincolnshire Mental Health Rehabilitation Team. The role will primarily involve clinical work with a caseload of complex individuals and supervising staff. Key responsibilities include:
