Responsibilities

• A formal job plan agreed within 3 months of starting, between the successful candidate and the Clinical Director.
• Full-time contract based on 10 programmed activities per week, pro-rata for part-time posts, including Direct Clinical Care and SPAs.
• Active encouragement of specialist interests (e.g., obstetrics, simulation, human factors, digital innovation, education, governance).
