Job summary

Milton Keynes College is seeking a Workplace Trainer: Construction (Property Maintenance) to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to PMO apprentices both in college and at the workplace. You’ll help apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the apprenticeship standard and prepare them for successful completion.

You will also support workshop readiness, maintain equipment and resources, coordinate materials and stock, and contribute to EPA preparation across

Qualifications

• Strong multi-skilled construction expertise.
• Experience delivering training or teaching in a construction setting is advantageous.
• Ability to coach and assess apprentices to the required standard.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment to PMO apprentices in college and workplace.
• Support apprentices to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours for the apprenticeship standard.
• Prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessment (EPA).
• Maintain workshop readiness, equipment and resources.
• Coordinate materials and stock for practical sessions.
• Contribute to programme development with the construction delivery team.
