Job summary

Only FE is seeking a motivated Work Placement Development Officer (Construction) to support delivery of work placements for full-time construction students including Plumbing, Electrical Installation, Joinery and Brickwork. This 6-month fixed-term contract focuses on building relationships with construction employers across the region.

You will coordinate placement activity, monitor learner progress and ensure placements meet quality, safeguarding and health and safety requirements, while

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive individual with excellent administration skills.
• Experience coordinating, managing and monitoring a varied workload.
• Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to employer sites across the UK.

• Identify, develop and manage employer partnerships and placement activity.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure placements meet quality and safeguarding requirements.
