Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Construction Tutor to teach a range of construction subjects in Warwickshire. The role focuses on practical learning, helping students develop skills for a career in construction, and promoting engagement in a supportive college environment.

The tutor will deliver schemes of learning, support learners to achieve excellent results, and contribute to safeguarding and DBS compliance in line with college policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Experience teaching in further education is desirable.
• Level 5 qualification or higher in construction, architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Teach construction subjects to passionate and focused students.
• Help learners achieve excellent results by following schemes of learning.
• Assess and support learners according to college policies.
