Job summary

Able Skills Limited in Dartford is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help grow both our B2C and B2B offerings. You will handle inbound inquiries, show students and companies around the site, and contribute to new business opportunities with construction companies, housebuilders and contractors.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and confident building relationships with candidates and employers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years sales or customer service experience
• Based near Dartford and able to be in the office 5 days a week
• Experience using a CRM to log calls and follow ups
• Ability to handle inbound requests, outbound calls, and emails
• A proactive, target-driven approach to growing B2C and B2B bookings
• Interest in construction trades and related courses is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries and greet candidates and clients on site
• Outreach to prospects via calls and emails to generate new opportunities
• Show potential students and companies around the training site
• Support growth of both B2C and B2B offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to close new business opportunities
