Job summary

Able Skills is a leading construction training provider with a Dartford office. We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to engage candidates and employers, run site tours, and drive growth through inbound and outbound outreach.

The role requires 0-2 years in sales or customer service, CRM experience, and a collaborative, energetic approach. You will help expand both B2C and B2B offerings while representing the company at the site.

Qualifications

• Based near the Dartford office and available five days a week.
• 0-2 years sales or customer service experience, ideally in construction or built environment sectors.
• Experience using a CRM to log calls and follow up.
• Mix of inbound/outbound calls, targeting and creative solutions to fill courses.
• High resilience and tenacity to handle a high quota of sales calls.
• Willingness to learn about trade qualifications and courses offered.
• Confidence speaking on the phone and developing relationships with candidates and employers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with drive to pursue new opportunities.
• Passion for helping people and showing around the site.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a growing, ambitious team.
• Experience in trades sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound requests and conduct site tours for candidates and clients.
• Target prospects with outbound emails and calls to generate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales team to grow our B2C and B2B offerings.
• Represent Able Skills as the face of the business.
