Elate Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive growth in the construction training and apprenticeship sector. You will manage existing employer accounts while proactively developing new business across construction and education sectors, promoting training solutions and collaborating with clients to meet workforce development needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development within construction or education sectors.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Comfort engaging with employers and promoting training solutions across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and development activity.
• Manage and grow existing employer accounts.
• Promote construction training courses, apprenticeships, NVQs and related programmes.
• Build strong relationships with construction companies and employers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through onboarding.
• Upsell and cross-sell training services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client data.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
• Work toward individual sales and revenue targets.
• Support marketing campaigns with client feedback and market insights.
