Job summary

Elate Staffing Solutions Ltd in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business development within the construction training sector. You will manage existing employer accounts and develop new opportunities, promoting a range of construction training courses, apprenticeships and vocational training solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, build strong client relationships, and work toward monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and business development within the construction/training sector.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with employers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound sales calls and development activity.
• Manage and grow existing employer accounts.
• Promote construction training courses, apprenticeships and vocational programs.
• Build relationships with construction companies and employers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to upsell training services.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
• Work towards individual sales and revenue targets.
• Support marketing campaigns with client feedback and market insight.
