Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Construction Technical Contracts Manager to join its Repair Solutions team. You'll support contractors, ensure repair works meet high standards, comply with CDM regulations, and act as Principal Contractor/Designer where appropriate.

You'll liaise with contractors, suppliers and colleagues to drive quality and safety across complex projects. With construction experience and qualifications in CIOB/RICS/CII or pursuing a professional credential, you'll influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Construction practices and building defects knowledge.
• Qualification or degree with CIOB/RICS/CII accreditation or pursuing one.
• Ability to influence and manage contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience focusing on health, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to contractors to ensure safe, quality repairs.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and role as Principal Contractor/Designer where appropriate.
• Collaborate with network of partners to deliver high standards and customer satisfaction.
