Sedgwick is hiring a Construction Technical Repair Technician in the Birmingham area. You will work with Chartered Building Surveyors, Construction Managers, and other professionals, supporting repair projects and contractor networks to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role offers development towards professional qualifications and exposure to a wide range of technically complex repairs, with a focus on safety, efficiency and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Construction knowledge and delivery of building repairs.
• Commitment to achieving a professional qualification such as CIOB or RICS.
• Organised with a methodical approach and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Manager and support contractors to ensure work is safe and meets quality standards.
• Help Sedgwick Repair Solutions fulfil duties as Principal Contractor/Designer where appropriate.
• Gain practical experience across repair and construction activities supporting a diverse team.
