Sedgwick is recruiting a Construction Technical Repair Technician to join our Repair Solutions team in the UK. You will support Technical Managers, work with contractors, and help deliver high-quality building repairs across Birmingham, Manchester and the Midlands.

Qualifications

• Construction knowledge of repairs and project delivery.
• Working towards or pursuing CIOB or RICS qualification.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Managers and contractors to ensure safety, quality and timely completion of repairs.
• Assist in supervising contractors and monitoring performance and compliance.
• Develop technical knowledge and professional skills within a chartered construction pathway.
