Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Associate in construction law with around 4 years' PQE, covering both contentious and non-contentious work across developments, infrastructure, energy, and PRS.

You will advise on disputes via litigation, arbitration and adjudication, mentor junior fee-earners, and collaborate in a team-oriented, hybrid-working environment with a wide range of projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years PQE in construction law, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience advising across sectors including traditional development, infrastructure, energy, student accommodation or PRS.
• Proven ability in handling disputes via litigation, arbitration, adjudication and enforcement.
• Strong drafting, negotiating and legal analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness, confident client handling and ability to work under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring more junior fee-earners and collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters across traditional developments to large infrastructure projects.

A respected full-service law firm is recruiting a Senior Associate with around 4 years' PQE in construction law. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone experienced across both contentious and non-contentious construction work. You will work on everything from traditional developments to complex infrastructure projects, including energy, student accommodation, PRS, and large-scale disputes like litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.

This is a hands-on role where you will work with listed companies, local authorities, banks, developers, contractors, specialist subcontractors, and consultants, on both national and international matters.
