SaccoMann in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join its expanding non-contentious construction team. You will work on complex, high-value development and investment projects for an impressive client base, within a leading international professional services business.

The role focuses on building contracts, professional appointments, warranties, development funding and related real estate matters, with hybrid working and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' PQE in non-contentious construction.
• Experience acting on real estate development and investment matters.
• Excellent drafting and technical skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on building contracts.

• Collateral warranties.
• Parent company guarantees and bonds.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join the expanding non-contentious construction team of a leading international professional services business.

This is an excellent opportunity to move away from a traditional law firm environment while continuing to work on complex, high-value development and investment projects for an impressive client base.

Working as part of a highly regarded Real Estate team, you'll advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters and collaborate with specialists across tax, real estate, corporate and advisory services to deliver truly integrated solutions.

The Role

You will advise on:

• Building contracts

• Parent company guarantees and bonds
• Development funding agreements
• Development management agreements
• Construction aspects of real estate development and investment transactions
