An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading national construction law teams. Recognised for advising on some of the country's most significant public sector and commercial development projects, this role offers exposure to complex, high-value construction work while providing a genuine platform for long-term career progression.
Whether you are currently specialising in non-contentious construction, or have a mixed contentious/non-contentious caseload and are looking to develop your expertise in transactional construction law, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market-leading specialists on nationally significant projects.
You will become part of a highly respected national Construction team advising an impressive client base across the public and private sectors. The team is involved in major infrastructure, regeneration and development projects throughout the UK, acting for government departments, NHS Trusts, universities, local authorities, housing providers and major commercial organisations.

Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:
The team advises on projects across sectors including Healthcare, Social housing and Build to Rent, Higher education, Local authority regeneration, Highways and infrastructure, Central Government programmes, Commercial development, and Energy and resource management.

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 1-3 years' PQE gained in construction law within private practice or in-house. You should have:
Candidates with experience coordinating advice across multiple legal disciplines or working on large-scale development projects will be viewed particularly favourably.
